THERE ARE TWO PROGRAMS:
PROGRAM I is the fully collateralized Promissory Note which only requires the one (1) time enrollment fee which is used to verify and appraise the collateral.
PROGRAM II is a five (5) year monthly payment program obligation of which we use to factor the income stream as a pledge against the Promissory Note.
*Average Funding time is 4 – 7 business days upon application and verification(s). Two forms of identification will be required and a notarized signature of the Borrower is needed on the application. Promissory Notes require the substantiation of collateral and the ability to pay. Most verifiable assets will be accepted and appraised accordingly.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I AM PAID:
There are two (2) Options:
1. OPTION I: You begin paying your monthly maintenance fee (equal to your enrollment fee) for a term of five (5) years and then the Promissory Note is released/forgiven, or
2. OPTION II: You can elect not to pay the monthly maintenance fee and instead set-up a repayment plan for the full amount of what you borrowed and pay us back over time (At that point: the Promissory Note becomes our guarantee and we are then able to sell it on the open market and liquidate our position)
